Rowing blazers
The term ‘blazer’ is often synonymous with sporting jackets and rowing blazers. Such rowing blazers are casually cut suit jackets with patch pockets and metal buttons. Rowing blazers are also often made from a material with a high micron count to ensure the durability of the sports jacket. Traditionally, rowing blazers consisted of two different garments. One was a single breasted jacket of bright, striped cloth with contrast colour piping, usually worn for the actual sport of rowing. The second garment was a double breasted, dark navy blazer with metal buttons. Over time, the former has flourished with the colour, type of pattern and number of metal tags on the rowing blazers signifying the wearers’ status and rowing success.
Tailor Made London ensure that every rowing blazer it creates it of the highest quality and aesthetically represents the status of its wearers.
