Tailor Made's unique process now makes this possible in 3 simple steps:-
1. Measurements taken using our cutting–edge 3D body scanner.
2. Choose your cloth.
3. Personalise your garment.
The whole process begins with your measurements taken using our state of the art 3D Body Scanner which, in just 10 seconds, takes thousands of reference points accurate to within 1/10 of a mm.
The 3D model of your body that is produced encompasses individual body measurements and variables such as posture and relative proportions. Such differences between the arms and the shoulders can now be accurately portrayed to a degree impossible with a traditional tape measure and even the expert eye of a craftsman.
We offer a seasonal cloth collection of more than 2000 fabrics from the finest British and Italian weavers, such as Holland & Sherry of Savile Row, Dormeuil, H. Lesser, Ermenegildo Zegna, and Loro Piana.
If you require a 100% super 150’s worsted suit, a Harris Tweed jacket, a Mongolian cashmere coat or some casual trousers - we have plenty to choose from for every occasion, be it work, evening or leisure wear.
Because we are so proud of the cloth that we source every Tailor Made suit carries the weavers authenticity label on the inside as a sign of quality to the wearer of where the cloth was milled.
The final part of the process is selecting the finer details of each garment to reflect your own style and individuality.

Product Range
Where are your fabrics sourced from?
We believe in giving you the best choice of Savile Row fabrics. All our fabrics are from English and Italian weavers. They are supplied from the likes of Loro Piana, Holland and Sherry of Savile Row, Zegna, Barberis, Dugdale and J&J Minnis to name but a few.
Where are your garments made?
All our garments are made in Germany unlike other tailors who manufacture them in the Far East and China.
What is the construction of the coat
At Tailor made London we believe in incorporating only the highest quality materials in our suits.
All our suits are either half- floating canvas or fully canvassed using hand stitched natural fibres and horsehair, to provide the desired shape and springiness. No fusing or glues are employed.
Do you make women’s suits?
Not at present but we plan to introduce these in near future.
Do you make dinner jackets, morning coats and / or white tie?
Yes, we do. They’re currently available in any cloth that you require, perfect for that special occasion.
Do you offer a service for weddings or group purchases?
Yes, we offer a range of products for wedding parties and offer a free shirt to all the groomsmen for purchases of five or more suits. Speak to one of our staff about organising a dedicated fitting session for your wedding party.
Can you make suits from own fabric?
Absolutely. Although we hold a broad range of fabrics and are constantly increasing and updating our range, it’s not possible to hold fabric to accommodate every taste. If you find a cloth that you just have to have, either arrange an appointment and drop your fabric off or send it to us.
How are your garments made?
Once you have created your garment your order, together with body measurements is sent immediately to our tailors in Germany where your bespoke pattern is used to cut the cloth by laser to your precise shape, reducing cloth wastage and reducing delivery time to just 2 to 4 weeks. In comparison a traditional tailor takes 2-3 months to make a bespoke suit and often requires numerous further fittings.
What if I want to order more suits?
As all information is stored digitally you can recreate your next look at the touch of a button be it from work, home or on the move. We can send you a swatch of cloth samples and your order would be dispatched to wherever you are anywhere in the world.
Can I order individual items rather than a full suit?
Of course! We have many client that work within the creative industries who just want a nice tailored jacket to wear with tailored trousers.
Can I see some items before I buy?
At our Shoreditch showroom we have samples of garments on display. Feel free to stop by and check them out, we’re confident that you’ll be impressed with our offering!

How does your pricing work?
Tailor Made have a clear, transparent pricing structure. All of our garments are made to the same high standard, with the cost only changing in line with the quality of fabric you choose. For further details of our pricing structure visit our pricing page.
Do you charge extra for large sizes?
No, we charge just one set amount no matter how big or small you are.
Discounts /Promotions
Do you offer discounts for group purchases?
Yes, we offer a 5% discount for any purchases of five suits or more.
Do you operate a referral scheme?

Our patented scanning process and ordering system makes it easy to plan for that special occasion.
The experience of having a personally tailored garment is the ultimate gift to any man. Tailor Made offers two ways to present your gift. Simply let us know the amount to gift and we will transfer this to a gift card in the recipient’s name which can be redeemed in-store.
Alternatively come and buy the cloth on their behalf. The recipient then brings the cloth to us to make up into a beautifully tailored suit. The price includes the cost of making up the garment and all other extras.

Tailor Made London can offer sports teams of all sizes the opportunity to have a tailored uniform or custom made blazer made using your own club’s colours.
If you need to produce team suits for a squad of players we can bring our mobile scanner to your ground, scan everyone quickly and then the uniform manager can simply pick the cloth and style.
A few weeks later the whole squad can have tailored garments personalised to the clubs colours and without the need for numerous alterations and fittings.

We are not restrained to a house style, whether you want something classic or slim fit we can tailor it to you.
All of our suits are made by our world class tailoring house in Germany and constructed using a free-floating half canvas.
By only using the finest horse hair it means a Tailor Made suit will retain its shape for longer.
You may prefer a coloured lining whilst others may opt for more subtle touches like a customised iPhone pocket – your garment can say as much, or as little about you as you like.

The notion that owning a bespoke suit is a luxury only few could afford is a relatively modern one. In fact until the 1960s, tailored suits were worn by working men of all ages and classes. Founded in 2008, Tailor Made London was born out of the desire to bring elite tailoring back to a mass audience.
Tailor Made’s philosophy is to offer high quality competitively priced garments using German tailoring and the finest British and Italian cloth.
Our ethos is to produce quality individual garments for the mass markets, using the latest technological processes combined with traditional tailoring practices.

Order Cancellation:
• You must check the order form and confirm that all the details are correct (including the product, preferences and delivery address).
• You may cancel your order up to 24 hours after the order was placed. No refund will be given if you cancel the order later than 24 hours after placing it.
• Orders will only be refunded by the original method of payment.
• A processing fee 50% of the sale price will be charged if an amendment or cancellation is made after the 24 hours period. [We will have started incurring manufacturing cost after 24 hours]
Delivery:
• You order must be paid for in full prior to delivery.
• The goods will be delivered to the address specified in your order form. TAILOR MADE LONDON LTD shall not be held responsible for any error in the address appearing on the order form (Please check this is correct).
• TAILOR MADE LONDON LTD shall not be held responsible for any delay in delivery. However, you shall have the right to cancel for a full refund if deliveries are delayed by more than 28 days.
• You must check the condition of the goods at delivery. Without prejudice to your consumer rights, you must inform TAILOR MADE LONDON LTD within 7 days of the delivery date, by calling TAILOR MADE LONDON LTD customer services, of any non conformity or apparent defect in the delivered goods. TAILOR MADE LONDON LTD shall be entitled to check the product at a fitting session held in store on a mutually agreed date and to propose a solution. The customer shall refrain from seeking a solution himself or from having a third party intervene to this end.
• If a failure to deliver is due to your fault, a new delivery will be arranged at the discretion of TAILOR MADE LONDON LTD and additional charge of up to £20 may be incurred.
Returns / Refunds:
• As the ordered goods are custom-made, they can neither be returned nor refunded, and the standard 28 day refund policy does not apply. This does not affect your statutory rights and does not apply to faulty goods.
• Requests for returns or refunds must be supported by proof of purchase.
Conformity / Colour Finishes:
• Due to their uniqueness it is not possible to guarantee that the manufactured goods, especially those with distressed finishes, will have exactly the same colour, pattern, weave, finish as the item viewed either in store, catalogue, online.
Preferences:
• Goods are made according to the preferences indicated, designated and agreed in the order form.
• A tolerance of 2 cm shall be applied to pattern measurements that relate to the manual measurements. TAILOR MADE LONDON LTD will alter the goods at no charge only if any of the pattern measurements that relate to the manual measurements is incorrect by more than 2 cm
Weight Gain/Loss:
• TAILOR MADE LONDON LTD manufactures each garment according to the measurements taken by the bodyscanner and measurements taken manually during the scanning. TAILOR MADE LONDON LTD shall not be held liable for any size variations due to weight gain or loss.
